  • It seemed to me that up until the conventions that this election was being fought (relatively) cleanly. Things would seem to be changing for the worse in that regard though.

  • I'm not the right person to "enlighten" anybody on the specifics of radiometric dating, besides this is a thread on the LHC, not evolution or carbon dating.

  • I'm surprised to find that a lot of people for some reason think that evolution has "stopped." That would necessitate a very narrow world view, one that doesn't take into account the immense amounts of time that our Earth has been in existence.
